Mary Bea Sullivan is an author, retreat leader, spiritual director, and priest.  She loves sharing stories and aspires to listen devoutly to life–to people, nature, and the stirrings of the Spirit. Scripture tells us we are all made in the  image and likeness of God. Sometimes hanging out sharing stories in sacred space can help us to uncover that image in ourselves and one another.

Mary Bea lives in Birmingham, AL with her husband,  Malcolm Marler. When she isn’t writing a sermon, or visiting a parishioner, Mary Bea can be found traipsing through the woods or cycling on the roads.  She is passionate about family and savors time with Malcolm, their two adult children, Brendan and Kiki, and her large extended family.
